- It cannot replace emergency medical attention or hospitalization.
- Connectivity or system failures may affect appointments; such cases will be eligible for rescheduling at no additional charge.

4. Informed Consent
Before beginning any telemedicine consultation, the patient must give explicit informed consent to treatment via remote means. All interactions, diagnoses, and prescriptions will be recorded in the patient’s medical file according to NOM-004-SSA3-2012 (Clinical Records) and NOM-024-SSA3-2012 (Electronic Health Record Systems). Consent is documented digitally before the session begins.
5. Data Protection and Privacy

8. Payments and Cancellations

Appointments not attended within 15 minutes of the scheduled time may be marked as “no-show” without refund, except in cases of documented technical failure or medical emergency.
